V6.1 (6.1.1) PCB

Here is v6.1.1 OSHPark link.
https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/U8golZc2

V6.1 and 6.1.1 are electrically identical; the only difference is the addition of fiducials on 6.1.1, which is only used for pick n place machines. If you don’t know what that is, you don’t have to worry about it

Do you have the Mouser BOM posted for 6.1.x?  Didn't see it referenced on the OSHPark pages.

Look under Firmware releases section. There’s a .zip file containing BOM.

Karlis: thanks for the tip!

Comparing that BOM with "Pick Place for BlueSaab_v6.1.csv", it looks like the following parts were excluded: various pin headers (which is no problem as they're a common consumable part), a TE Connectivity AMP 827229-1 12-pin power header, and a Samtec SLW-106-01-T-S board-to-board connector for the FTDI port.  I also noticed a P/N change for D4: SZNUP2105LT3G (per the pick place file) vs. SM24CANB-02HTG (per BOM); the latter having a high clamping voltage.

The other thing I noted about the BOM is that the actual quantities needed for the SMD resistors (at indices 27 through 30) are less than the 10 ea. shown.

Seth or Karlis: could you kindly post the 6.1 electrical schematic to the "Hardware/PCB and SCH files" section?  I find a schematic to be immensely useful for performing pre-power continuity and isolation checks and powered voltage checks, as well as insight as to how you chose to implement the various pin-level configuration options of the STM32, RN32, etc. in the board design.

Hi, Seth. Can you share an xls or csv with full list of components for 6.1.1 board? It looks like the link for non-lite digikey list is not valid and I want to order from Mouser. Thanks!

Apparently Digikey removed my bom when they migrated to a new "my list" system and got rid of the "bom" system. You can use the csv file above or the light bom; both should work. sorry for the inconvenience.

The light bom wasn’t supposed to include parts related to the mic input since it wasn’t really used anyway; mic connector, switch, related parts. Maybe saved a few $.
