PCB board houses

This is a list of board houses.

I've used these two before:
DFRobot
OSHPark

I haven't used these yet:
SeeedStudio Fusion PCB

Of course there are many many others out there. Feel free to post which places you've used and your experience/comments.

Would you kindly explain how you place an order at DFRobot please?
It seems one needs to upload files to them after placing an order.
Should I just send the following 2 zip files to them?

Board houses take gerber files, NOT (Eagle) .sch and .brd files.

OSHPark is trying to make it easier for hobbyists by accepting gerbers AND Eagle files.

Gerbers are a set of files that simply tell the board house what each layer looks like. Top copper, top solder, top overlay (silkscreen), etc. For this design, there are 7 gerber files; they are all zipped.

Simply send that .zip file to the board house of your choosing. they will take it from there.

there are a bunch of options that each board house will have, but generally you will want

pcb thickness: 1.6mm (0.061")
finish: HASL (or ENIG)
copper thickness: 1oz

all other options are personal (colors, e-testing, quantity)

I have previosly used seeedstudio Fusion service for boards (you upload a zip file before adding to the cart), but they are a bit steeply prices on color options..

I just tried to use these folks for a work project; they're steep on color prices, but otherwise seem competitive. I'll see how the workmanship is when I get the new boards.

I'd like to share my experience with OSHPark, which was a really good one at all !
After ordering a pack of 3 PCB, step update of my order was provided very accurately and I've been lucky to be upgraded to their super swift service without any extra charge (89$ if you ask for it !!).
Next, free shipment to France where I live was fast enough.
I couldn't say anything else than OSHPark is awesome, as well as this project is !
