I did see those pics, but if you wanna take closer, clear pics of both sides of the boards, I'll look at them.

I'm wondering if it's something to do with the amp pcbs you built; not trying to say you screwed anything up, but I wouldn't mind taking another look :) Maybe v1.1 has a problem I don't know about...but you're right, it does sound like the issue is related to the amp pcb being plugged in and nothing else. Very weird.
