If a disappointed "looser" can't wait the next soldering marathon from Karlis, I have 1 assembled and tested v3.2 module available. It includes the latest software revision and has an extra feature which is the SAAB logo engravement on its cover.
I can tell that it works on 9-3's (98-02) and 9-5's including 9-5's with NAV system onboard. Cars need to be pre-wired with CDChanger cable into the hood...
