Is your 2003 a convertible? If so, then yes, it should work. If you don't have a convertible, then no, it will not work.

This module only works with the OG9-3 body style, not the NG9-3. It's confusing because Saab kept the OG body style for 2003 only in the convertible; the sedans/wagons for 2003 are NG body style.
