Mouser BOM & Microchip

The microchip ATMEGA328P-15AZ that the Mouser BOM points to is now longer normally available.  Or at least it shows that it's a Factory special order.  Is there another version that is compatible with the BlueSaab?  For example: ATMEGA328P-AU ??

Is it correct that PCB 5.3.1 is the most current?  How long (days - weeks - months - unknown ??) before you finish testing V6?
